RACE INFORMATION
COURSE: The run is on paved paths through parks with views of Elliott Bay and the Port of Seattle. Turn around aid station at the SAM Sculpture Park.

Start Time: 8:00 am
A GREEN RACE: Our goal is to enlimate all unnecessary plastic and paper. You will be given a reusable water bottle that can be refilled at the course turn around. Post-race water and hydration will be available in coolers. You will receive a race running cap to help you stay cool.
PACKET PICK-UP: Day of race only from 6:00am - 7:45am. at race start venue.
AWARDS: Plaques will be awarded to the overall top three women and top three men plus Master and Grand Master Female and Male.
Ribbons for the top three age group winners. 14 & under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30- 34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75+
TIMING: Chip timed with electronic chip that attaches with a velcro strap around either ankle. For both runners and for walkers.
PARKING:
Strollers are not allowed.
Dogs are allowed. Please respect other runners and start at the back of the pack.
